Terms and Conditions for Subscribers

1) Our advice will be left with you on a daily basis. You will receive your tips before midday on the day of Racing.

2) Subscribers will receive our daily advice via SMS Text Message and e-mail, along with access to voicemail recordings on our exclusive phoneline. (charged at local rate only)

3) We generally send 2x SMS Text Messages per day, with 3 horses tipped within these messages. We never tip anything that we would not put our own money on.

4) With regards to our e-mailed tips, it must be understood that Internet based e-mail, and the World Wide Web operates on a "best efforts" basis, and that while failures of service are rare, they can however occur. In the event of a service failure we cannot be held responsible.

5) Every e-mail sent will be recorded and time logged in the case of a dispute arising.

6) We cannot be held responsible for the event of racing not taking place due to poor weather, or for any other reason.

7) Should one of our horses be pulled out just before a race, we will contact you with a free tip as an alternative bet. We at AceInfo are perhaps the only tipsters that offer this additional service.

8) We can obviously only deliver our e-mails to valid e-mail addresses. Please be sure that the e-mail address you provide us with is one that is in working order. Should your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) mail server fault on delivery we cannot be held responsible (provided that we can produce a time tagged copy of mail sent).

9) As far as reasonably possible we will attempt to respond quickly to any one who notifies us that they have not received their tips by the allotted time. We are online constantly during 'Racing Hours', so we will most likely respond to any enquiries within the hour. If you have any questions at all, please do not to hesitate to contact us! We pride ourselves on the outstanding customer service we offer, in tandem with betting advice of the highest order. As stated above, more often than not we will deal with any questions or enquiries within the hour.
